Please note that this app only indicates how load shedding is supposed to take place. Unfortunately, we have no control over the municipality actually adhering to its provided schedules. It is very likely that the municipality has deviated from its provided schedules and thus your schedule in this app only appears to be wrong.


Nonetheless, if the times of your local schedule in the app are consistently incorrect, we do apologise. It is possible that an error crept in or possibly the municipality has updated its schedules. If you believe this to be the case, please contact us via the support option below to report the error. Also, please provide as much detail as possible when reporting the error. We will try our best to get the error fixed in the next update.
